Burglar Alarm Systems
We install and service reliable burglar alarm systems for residential and commercial properties. We work with DSC, 2GIG, Honeywell, Alarm.com, and Total Connect, and we also service legacy systems including FBI, Napco, and GE.
Whether you need a new system or want to take over monitoring on an existing one, we design it around how your property is actually used — not a one-size-fits-all package.
Access Control
We specialize in commercial and multifamily access control using Brivo and Avigilon Alta. From simple single-door systems to multi-building and multi-site credentials, mobile access, and elevator control, we design systems that are easy to manage and hard to bypass.

Video Surveillance (AI-Driven)
Clear video, proper camera placement, and intelligent analytics matter. We install and service Avigilon, Alibi, Axis, Digital Watchdog, Alarm.com, and Eagle Eye systems — both onsite and cloud-based.
Modern AI-driven cameras can detect people, vehicles, and unusual activity, reducing false alerts and making it faster to find what actually matters in your footage.
Cloud vs On-Site Recording
On-site NVRs still work well for many properties, but hard drives are currently facing long lead times and shortages. That means delays getting systems online and higher risk if a drive fails.
Cloud video advantages right now:
- No hard drive shortages or wait times
- No on-site recorder to maintain or replace
- Footage is off-site and protected if equipment is stolen or damaged
- Easy remote viewing from phone or computer
- Simple to scale across multiple sites
- Automatic updates and less hardware to manage
We still install and service on-site systems when they make sense — but for many customers, cloud is currently the faster and more reliable path.
We also service existing camera systems even if we didn’t install them.
Intercom Systems
Multi-tenant and commercial intercom solutions using Aiphone, LiftMaster, Avigilon, and 2N. We install video intercoms, door stations, and systems that integrate with access control so residents or staff can see and unlock doors from their phone or desk.

Reliable nurse call systems designed for senior living and healthcare facilities. We focus on systems that staff will actually use and that hold up under daily operation.
Lockdown & Active Shooter Systems
Integrated emergency lockdown and active shooter response systems for schools, commercial buildings, and multifamily properties. These systems can be tied into access control, intercoms, and notification so response is fast and coordinated.
Temperature & Environmental Monitoring
Freeze sensors, heat sensors, water detection, and environmental monitoring to protect equipment, inventory, and property. Ideal for server rooms, mechanical rooms, vacant properties, and commercial spaces.
Professional Monitoring
24/7 professional monitoring starting at just $25/month. We monitor new systems we install and can also take over monitoring on most existing alarm systems (as long as you own the equipment and are not under contract).
